Mr. Foresman served as Vice Chairman of UBS Investment Bank until May 2020. He also served more than 7 years on the board of TMK Group, one of the world's largest producers of steel tubular products.
Robert Soper

Mr. Soper has more than 20 years as a leader and CEO of major integrated resorts. He served as CEO of a public company, growing it from a single asset to a multiproperty international company with over $2.5 billion in annual revenues.
Mario Longhi
Senior Advisor to the Board
Mr. Longhi served as President and CEO of U.S. Steel. He is one of the most renowned names in the industry. Prior to his service at U.S. Steel, he was President and CEO of Gerdau, the largest producer of long steel in Latin America. A metallurgical engineer by training, Mr. Longhi first worked at Alcoa for 23 years where he held various executive positions.
Brett Tolman

Mr. Tolman began his legal career as a federal prosecutor and then served as legal counsel to the US Senate. In 2006, Mr. Tolman was appointed by President Bush as the United States Attorney in Utah. Over the last decade, he has worked in the private sector as outside general counsel for many companies as well as representing companies such as Raytheon, Sinclair, 1-800 Contacts and others helping them with compliance issues.
Julio Gimenez
Director - Construction Markets
Mr. Gimenez has more than 20 years experience as a South Florida construction manager. He has managed over $1 billion in large scale development projects throughout Florida and the Caribbean.
Mark Jolly

Mr. Jolly is the Co-Owner, Vice President, and General Manager of Miami Iron and Metals Company. He has more than 40 years experience in steel making, manufacturing, construction, and metals recycling.
Francisco Matallana
Operations Manager
Mr. Matallana has more than 30 years experience in steel factor operations. He has extensive experience with installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of steel mill equipment.
Juanita Lopez
Director
Ms. Lopez has over 25 years of business managerial experience in steel industry operations, including steel mill operations, steel fabrication and international trading operations. Ms. Lopez has also worked in real estate sales and development. Ms. Lopez studied Business Administration and Economics at Boston University and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Leroy Jones

Robert Renfrow
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Renfrow was a founding partner at Puerto Renfrow, PLLC and the managing partner of the assurance department, where he has worked with clients across a variety of industries – including manufacturing and construction. Robert is a Certified Public Accountant with licensure through the State of Florida and is a member of both the Florida and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA and AICPA).
